Refunds
Our Satisfaction Guarantee comes with risk free returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a full refund of the merchandise minus the shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, AND ARE NOT ELEGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. This shipping fee applies to all items regardless of shipping terms. ( i.e. qualified free shipping purchases over $100.) Any unused merchandise may be returned and must have the original hangtags attached, for a prompt refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of the bag and any taxes when we have received and processed your item. Please note that refunds appear on your account at varying intervals depending on your credit card company's policies.

Shipping

All standard shipping packages will be sent via USPS, UPS, or Fedex at our discretion, unless otherwise noted. We currently only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico (please note that Puerto Rico are subject to $15 per item handling fee).
